Gin Cocktail – No 3 – Let’s Celebrate

bottle of Mirari celebration gin with ginger lime cocktail

The lifting of the alcohol ban is definitely a cause for celebration, especially for the small-business owners of the wine, beer and spirits industry, who just can’t afford to be closed for any period of time. For me, as the wife of a restaurant owner, it is certainly a reason to celebrate as we rely heavily on the sale of alcohol and the night-time trade in order to cover the overheads.

The lovely Mirari Celebration Gin is made by Time Anchor Distillery. The gin in this artfully crafted bottle swirls with 23-carat gold flakes and the cocktail is aptly called the Millionaire’s Mule. It is delishly elegant, especially if you enjoy the combination of lime and ginger. Irresistible.
